Zink appointed guardian of Nathan H. aged 7 years on October 22, 1856, Henry ayres aged 4 years on June 6, 1856, and Viola Maria Zink aged 2 years on Feb. 11, 1857, minor heirs and legal represntatives of Eli Zink, deceased. Jurety: J. W. B. Ayres. Married 4 Nov 1847 in Highland County, Ohio to LAVINA AYRES Born 22 Oct 1822 in Virginia; Died 26 Feb 1876 near Hillsboro, Ohio; Both are buried in Dunn's Chapel Cem., Union Twp., Highland County, Ohio; Inscription on Lavinia's tombstone: "Our Mother" Lavinia may have been the daughter of Nathan W. Ayres and sister of Nathan H. Ayres who married Mollie Zink, Eli's aunt. |
